Do you accept cash?

'Fraid not - Fairgame is a cashless venue. Plastic only, please.

How to find us

From the Elizabeth Line: exit on to Crossrail Place. From there, head right until you get to Market Halls, continuing along North Dock (with Market Halls on your left and the water on your right). We’re located right before the bridge to West India Quay. From the Jubilee Line: exit the station at Jubilee Park and walk right (passing the Alchemist) until you reach Canada Place shopping centre (on the ground floor of One Canada Square, one of the tallest skyscrapers on the Wharf)! Walk directly through Canada Place, and as you exit, you will see Market Halls on your left. Walk past Market Halls (with the water on your right), until you arrive at Fairgame. From the DLR: exit at Canary Wharf and head towards North Colonnade. Once on North Colonnade, take a left and continue past Electric Shuffle and Iberica, before taking a right as though heading towards the North Docklands Footbridge. Fairgame is located on your right - just before the bridge. Driving? Take advantage of 3 hours' free parking at Cabot Square car park on weekends and bank holidays. Simply ask for your ticket to be validated at point of purchase and use in the pay on foot machines before returning to your car.

Is there a cloakroom?

There’s a cloakroom behind our reception area, so we can hold the coats and bags while you go off and have fun.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the main bar, gaming and dining areas are all wheelchair accessible.

Are under 18s welcome?

While we may not act like it, Fairgame is an adults-only venue. You must be 18 or over to experience a ride like this one. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy so please make sure to come armed with physical ID - no iPhone snaps please!

Do I need to bring ID?

Because Fairgame is an adults-only venue, anyone who has the good fortune to look 25 or younger will be asked to provide valid photo ID, in line with our strict Challenge 25 policy. We’ll accept passports, UK driving licences or any card with the approved PASS logo (no photos of ID please). Once you’re in, you can leave being a grown up at the door.

The Games

Is there a minimum and maximum number of people who can play the games at any one time?

Minimum? Nope. 1 person can enjoy the gaming area by themselves, while competing against others playing. While groups of 16+ do need to book in via our Events Team, we can host up to 600 people - you can leave it to us to make sure everyone gets a fair shot at the games.

Will there be members of staff on hand to help on the day?

Oh yes, and they’re more than happy to help. If you need any technical assistance getting set up, just speak to a member of staff.

What are 'teams'? Do I need to create one?

You can play individually or in teams - but either way, you'll need to make sure you register before you arrive. Teams can be created via the Group tab - after all, victory is often sweeter when celebrated with friends. Prefer to play individually? No problem, we will create a team including everyone in your group.

How do I play the games?

Our games are fun, simple and easy to master. Nobody will look like a clown. The tech side is also easy. You’ll be given an RFID card when you check-in at the venue, which gives you access to your pre-paid games. Once you’re in the gaming area, scan your wristband to activate the games. You’ll play two rounds of each game (consecutively), and your best scores will be sent through to your leader board. Let the games begin…

Do I need to register before I arrive?

Yep, but it doesn’t take long! You will be sent a custom link when you book - sign up and share with any friends coming with you to Fairgame. The link provides access to your pre-paid games. It’s also how you’ll track scores and leader boards, so you can see how you rank against your pals.

How much are the games?

It costs £15 to play the games Tuesday - Thursday, and £17.00 Friday - Sunday. You'll play two rounds of each consecutively, with a maximum of 75 minutes to finish all nine games.

How do the gaming time slots work?

When you book, you’ll be given an arrival time (approximately 30 minutes before the games start), so you'll have time to grab a drink before you play (we recommend eating after the games so you don't feel rushed)! Head to the games check-in desk at the time specified when you arrive. Work your way around all 9 games and rack up those points! Time to play the games is limited to 75 minutes.

Bookings

Can I cancel my booking?

Why would you want to? No, we get it, sometimes things change, so we try to be as flexible as possible. All our tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your booking. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your booking, give us a call on 020 4599 3666 and we'll try our best to move you to another date. We cannot move your booking on the day, and cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time are non-refundable.

I’m running late for my booking, what should I do?

It happens, so don’t panic – life isn’t always fair. Just let us know by giving us a call on 020 4599 3666 and we’ll do our best to move your booking to a later time.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

If you haven't received your confirmation after 30 minutes, give us a call on 020 4599 3666. Let us know your name and booking date and we’ll resend your confirmation. Easy as that.

Can we sit on the terrace?

You sure can. Our terrace is open year-round – but we don’t take bookings for our outdoor space due to the unpredictability of the not-so-Great British weather.

Can I stay in the venue after I’ve played the games?

Absolutely! There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the venue to kick back with some food or a few drinks once you’ve finished playing. What better way to toast the winner?

What time do I need to arrive?

You'll be given an arrival time (approximately 30 minutes before the games start) when you book. We do it that way so you can grab a drink and get settled before all the fun and games begin. We recommend eating after you play so you don't feel rushed. You're also welcome to make your way down a little earlier - whatever works.

Do I need to book to play the games?

You can always drop by for drinks, plus food from our three street food kitchens - no reservation needed. We will always try and fit you in to play the games (you're in with the best chance weekday daytimes), but if we’re busy, there’s a chance we won't be able to. That kind of disappointment’s level with dropping your ice cream, so we’d always recommend booking if you can.

Groups & Events

Can I change or cancel my event booking?

If you need to make any changes to your event booking, please call our team on 020 4599 3666 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do I have to pre-order food and drinks?

Yes, groups of 16+ will need to pre-purchase food and drinks. This is to make sure all your needs are met in advance – keeping your experience super slick and ensuring you can make the most of your time with us.

How do I make a large group booking?

If you’re making a booking for a group of 16+, speak to our Events Team by calling 020 4599 3666.

What are Fairgame’s opening hours?

Tuesday - Wednesday: 11:30am - 12am/ Thursday - Friday: 11:30am - 1am/  Saturday: 10:30am - 1am/ Sunday: 10.30am - 12am

Food + Drink

What time do you serve food?

Tuesday - Wednesday: 11:30am - 10:30pm. Thursday - Saturday: 11.30am - 11pm. Sunday: 11:30am - 10:30pm.

How do I pay for food and drinks?

Food and drinks can be purchased directly at the food vendors and bar, or via our pay-at-table app. (Please note, we’re a cashless venue.)

Can I reserve an area or a table?

We have plenty of space in our bar area to grab a drink or some food. It’s available on a first come, first served basis so just roll up, roll up.

Can you eat and play the games at the same time?

While we encourage a cheeky cocktail while you play (you'll find drinks holders at every station), you'll find it tricky to play and eat - our food is delicious... but messy. Thrills over spills and all that. You’ll be too giddy to eat anyway.

Do your food vendors cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we’ve got a delicious range of options to cover all your dietary needs. If you’ve got an allergy or any specific requirements, please let one of our food vendors know.

Can I come for food and drinks only?

You sure can. We’ve bagged some of London’s best street food vendors at Fairgame, and our fully stocked bars serve up killer cocktails, frozen margs and craft beer. What’s not to love? We don’t take bookings for food and drink, so just rock up and find yourself a table.
