How to find us... From the Elizabeth Line

When you arrive at Canary Wharf, exit the Elizabeth line, following the signs to Crossrail Place. Exit the station and head right past Market Halls, continuing along North Dock (with Market Halls on your left, and the water on your right). We’re located on the left before the bridge to West India Quay. Look out for the big yellow duck on the water!

How to find Fairgame from... The Jubilee Line

When you arrive at Canary Wharf, exit the station at Jubilee Park and walk right (passing the Alchemist). Walk straight through the shopping centre (Canada Place). As you exit, you’ll see the Elizabeth Line station in front of you and Market Halls on the left. Turn left past Market Halls, with the water on your right. Keep walking – we’re located on the left, right before the bridge to West India Quay. Look out for the big yellow duck on the water!

How to find Fairgame from… the DLR

When you arrive at Canary Wharf on the DLR, head down the escalators and leave via the North exit (in-between Paddy Power & Tortilla). Cross the road and continue towards the river. You’ll see a 20ft rubber duck on the left – that’s where you'll find us!

Is there parking at Fairgame?

There isn’t a car park at Fairgame, but you can take advantage of 3 hours free parking at Cabot Square Car Park on weekends and bank holidays. Simply ask for your ticket to be validated by one of the Fairgame team and use the pay on foot machines before returning to your car.

If I'm arriving in a car/taxi, where shall I get dropped off?

A taxi or car can pull up briefly alongside Cabot Square on North Colonnade. Exit near the steps facing North Dock footbridge and turn right to find our main entrance.

Are under 18s welcome?

While we may not act like it, Fairgame is an adults-only venue. You must be 18 or over to experience a ride like this one. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy so please make sure to come armed with physical ID - no iPhone snaps please!

Do I need to bring ID?

Because Fairgame is an adults-only venue, anyone who has the good fortune to look 25 or younger will be asked to provide valid photo ID, in line with our strict Challenge 25 policy. We’ll accept passports, UK driving licences or any card with the approved PASS logo (no photos of ID please). Once you’re in, you can leave being a grown up at the door.

Is there a cloakroom?

There’s a free cloakroom next to our main entrance, so we can hold coats and bags while you go off and have fun.

Do you accept cash?

'Fraid not - Fairgame is a cashless venue. Plastic only, please.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the main bar, gaming and dining areas are all wheelchair accessible. We have one event space - the Big Top Mezzanine - that isn’t wheelchair accessible. If you are booking an event and require wheelchair access, just let us know and we can suggest an appropriate area.

The Games

How do our games work?

Our games are fun, simple and easy to master.Nobody will look like a clown. When you arrive at the venue, you will be given a personalised RFID card which gives you access to your pre-paid games.

How many games are there?

We have nine bespoke fairground games. You'll have 75 minutes to play each game once (two rounds of each, played back-to-back).

How much do the games cost?

The games cost £15 per person or £17 per person, depending on the time you're booking for. You'll play two rounds of each consecutively, with a maximum of 75 minutes to finish all nine games.

How do the gaming time slots work?

When you book, you’ll be given an arrival time (approximately 30 minutes before the games start), so you'll have time to grab a drink before you play - we recommend eating after the games so you don't feel rushed! Time to play the games is limited to 75 minutes.

What do I need to do before arriving?

Nothing - unless you’re keen to get ahead of the game! Once you’ve booked your slot, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you want to create a team and add your guests’ names before arriving, you can – but this isn’t essential. You can also send your guests an invite, so they can go ahead and check-in at our kiosks if they arrive before you.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of people who can play the games at any one time?

Minimum? Nope. 1 person can enjoy the gaming area by themselves, while competing against others playing. While groups of 16+ do need to book in via our Events Team, we can host up to 600 people - you can leave it to us to make sure everyone gets a fair shot at the games.

Bookings (1 - 15 people)

Do I need to book to play the games?

You can always drop by for drinks, plus food from our three street food kitchens - no reservation needed. We will always try and fit you in to play the games (you're in with the best chance weekday daytimes), but if we’re busy, there’s a chance we won't be able to. That kind of disappointment's on par with dropping your ice cream, so we’d always recommend booking if you can.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

If you haven't received your confirmation after 30 minutes, give us a call on 020 4599 3666. Let us know your name and booking date and we’ll resend your confirmation. Easy as that.

What time do I need to arrive?

You'll be given an arrival time (approximately 30 minutes before the games start) when you book. We do it that way so you can grab a drink and get settled before all the fun and games begin. We recommend eating after you play so you don't feel rushed. You're also welcome to make your way down a little earlier - whatever works.

Can I arrive early?

Yes! If you want to arrive early to make the most of the Fairgame fun, you’re more than welcome to do so. Your games slot will still start 30 minutes after the time that you have booked for.

I’m running late for my booking, what should I do?

It happens, so don’t panic – life isn’t always fair. Just let us know by giving us a call on 020 4599 3666 and we’ll do our best to move your booking to a later time.

Can we sit on the terrace?

You sure can. Our terrace is open year-round – but we don’t take bookings for our outdoor space due to the unpredictability of the not-so-Great British weather.

Can I stay in the venue after I’ve played the games?

Absolutely! There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the venue to kick back with some food or a few drinks once you’ve finished playing. What better way to toast the winner?

Can I cancel my booking?

Why would you want to? No, we get it, sometimes things change, so we try to be as flexible as possible. All our tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your booking. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your booking, give us a call on 020 4599 3666 and we'll try our best to move you to another date. We cannot move your booking on the day, and cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time are non-refundable.

Groups & Events (16 people +)

How do I make a large group booking?

For groups of 16 people or more, we need to reserve a space for you. We have different options available for our larger groups, so the best way to book is to contact our events team. Email events@wearefairgame.com or call 0204599 3666.

How much does it cost to reserve an area?

Costs for larger bookings vary depending on numbers, as well as the date and time. Drop an email to events@wearefairgame.com with your details, and our team will send over a quote.

Do I have to pre-order food and drinks?

Yes, groups of 16+ will need to pre-purchase food and drinks. This is to make sure all your needs are met in advance – keeping your experience super slick and ensuring you can make the most of your time with us.

Can I change or cancel my event booking?

This is subject to the terms and conditions provided by our events team at the time of booking. If you do need to make any changes, please call our team on 020 4599 3666, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Food + Drink

Can I come for food and drinks only?

You sure can. We’ve bagged some of London’s best street food vendors at Fairgame, and our fully stocked bars serve up killer cocktails, frozen margs and craft beer. What’s not to love? We don’t take bookings for food and drink, so just rock up and find yourself a table.

How do I purchase food and drinks?

Food and drinks can be purchased directly at the food vendors and bar. (Please note, we’re a cashless venue).

Can I pre-purchase food and drinks?

We only offer pre-purchased food and drinks for group bookings of 16+ (who have an area reserved). For guests booking via our website, food and drinks can be purchased at our food vendors and bar once you arrive at the venue.

Can I reserve an area or a table?

We have plenty of space in our bar area to grab a drink or some food. It’s available on a first come, first served basis so just roll up, roll up. For larger groups 16+, please get in touch with our events team to enquire about our bookable spaces – events@wearefairgame.com.

Can you eat and play the games at the same time?

While we encourage a cheeky cocktail while you play (you'll find drinks holders at every station), you'll find it tricky to play and eat - our food is delicious... but messy. Thrills over spills and all that. You’ll be too giddy to eat anyway.

Do your food vendors cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we’ve got a delicious range of options to cover all your dietary needs. If you’ve got an allergy or any specific requirements, please let one of our food vendors know.

What time do you serve food?

Tuesday - Wednesday: 11:30am - 10:30pm. Thursday - Saturday: 11.30am - 11pm. Sunday: 11:30am - 10:30pm.
